The Democrats, apparently, from this squib below from today's Pioneer Press. The paper says that Democrats fear her the most of any announced or likely-to-announce Republican candidates. MC's friends and contacts in the DFL have told us the same thing for some time.
This begs the always beggable question: which GOP candidate is best positioned to win? To keep asking that question is, perhaps, to change the dynamics of this young and over-populated race.

State Rep. Laura Brod, of New Prague, postponed her exploratory campaign for health reasons last month, but supporters predict she will return to the race soon. The lead Republican on the House Taxes Committee, she is an advocate for small businesses and downsizing state government. She's the candidate some Democrats fear most.
